On Tuesday, February 16th 2010 Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton spoke to young women at a "town hall" hosted at Dar Al Hekma College.
I am sure many of the students of the US-Saudi Women's Forum on Social Enterepreneurship were in attendance - and would love to hear about the event from the perspective of those in the room.
Forum students: Were you there? What did you think? What questions would you ask the Secretary if you were given the chance to engage her in conversation? Ask your questions in the comment section of this post -- who knows, we may just get some answers.

I was there! It was awesome being able to see her in person! I just felt like it wasn't really an open discussion though...We couldn't ask questions, they were controlled really so not so much of a dialogue there my freind..
ReplyDeleteI'd also like to add, that the majority of questions were asked by the Students at Jeddah Prep. Apparently the questions had to go through a screening process in order to be allowed to ask...tad unfair for an open discussion might i suggest..I had a question that really wasn't political however, the only reason we couldn't ask was because of monopolisation by the Dar Al Hekma girls, as we come from a rival school..Unfortunately
